Workshops

Workshops were hosted by the Tsou, Taroko and Unama’ki Mi’kmaq communities. In addition to site visits, hikes, hunting and fishing expeditions and other miscellanneous actiuvites chosen by the host community, a more formal series of Participatory Action Research (PAR) activities was condicted in each place by Project Director Bill Hipwell.Activities were specially designed for the project by Dr. K.A. Ford and Dr. W.T. (Bill) Hipwell and assembled in a manual entitled A Baker’s Dozen Plus: The Aboriginal Sustainability Network Toolbox. Click the title to open the pdf file of this manual.
